For over 50 years, Hillcrest Pharmacy has proudly served the Springs community, growing from a small dispensary into a trusted healthcare partner for generations of families. Our focus has always been to make healthcare simple, reliable, and personal.

In 2000, pharmacist Iva Carboni took ownership, later joined by Alexia Radulovic in 2010. Together with our team of dedicated professionals, we continue to provide expert pharmacy care, clinic services, and home delivery—always with the wellbeing of our community at heart.

Iva Carboni

Iva studied pharmacy at Rhodes University, where she developed a strong foundation in healthcare and patient support. After graduating, she immediately began her career in community pharmacy, where her passion for serving people quickly became evident. Her dedication to pharmacy shines through in her enthusiasm, compassion, and genuine care for every patient she meets. Iva believes in building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued in every interaction. With decades of experience, she continues to lead Hillcrest Pharmacy with professionalism and heart.

Alexia Radulovic

Alexia studied pharmacy at Rhodes University and went on to complete her internship at Helen Joseph Hospital. She then served her community service year at the Nokhutela Ngwenya Clinic in Dunnottar, where she gained valuable hands-on experience supporting local patients. After working as a clinical pharmacist, Alexia joined her mother, Iva, at Hillcrest Pharmacy in 2010. With a strong clinical background and a heart for community healthcare, Alexia brings both expertise and compassion to her work. She is dedicated to ensuring every patient receives personalised, professional care, and she continues to help grow Hillcrest Pharmacy into a trusted, family-run healthcare hub for Springs.
